Dr. Jerome Horwitz is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Kennedy Memorial Hospital – University Medical Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and his fellowship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. His specialty is cardiovascular medicine. Dr. Horwitz practices in our Cherry Hill office.
